We draw on many years of experience in the manufacture and development of consumable parts, primarily for plasma cutting of metallurgical materials, which we have so far supplied primarily to large customers under their private brands.
We deliberately do not have our own production capacity – instead, we strategically cooperate with proven production plants in the Czech Republic and other EU countries. This model gives us competitive advantages in terms of quality, flexibility, and price.

Our role is not just logistical – we are an active part of the entire manufacturing process and consistently monitor the quality and long-term stability of each component. We are in daily contact with our manufacturing partners and regularly visit production plants in person. This allows us to check compliance with technological procedures, verify the quality of input materials, monitor production stability, and understand exactly how a given part is made and what can affect its performance.
We have a system in place for collecting and evaluating customer feedback, which we share directly with manufacturers. Together with them, we then improve production processes, optimize component design elements, monitor and evaluate long-term performance stability, and regularly update production standards.
If a technical problem or any non-standard behavior of a part occurs, we respond immediately and analyze the causes directly with the customer and the manufacturer, ensure that corrective measures are implemented directly at the production plant, and check whether the measures have been successful and sustainable.

High-quality aftermarket parts usually achieve 85-90% of the service life of OEM products. For some types of consumables, the service life may be comparable or even higher, especially for premium variants.
However, it is important to note that service life may be negatively affected by combining aftermarket parts from different suppliers. We therefore recommend that our products only be combined with original (OEM) parts and not with products from other aftermarket manufacturers.
The service life of each consumable part also depends on many factors—correct machine settings, cutting mode, gas quality, maintenance, and the overall technical condition of the machine.
Our consumable parts are on average 30-70% cheaper than original (OEM) components. The specific difference depends on the product type, production series, and segment (plasma, laser, autogenous).
We always prepare price quotes individually—we offer volume discounts, loyalty bonuses for regular customers, as well as better business terms and other benefits arising from framework agreements. This allows us to tailor the price to the actual needs and volume of your operations.
These designations are used to distinguish between different manufacturing technologies, materials used, or design differences that can significantly affect the performance and service life of consumable parts. Individual variants can thus represent economical or, conversely, premium solutions with higher durability and stability.

BaseCut (BSC) is the basic or economical option that is always available. If there are multiple types of a single product, they are clearly marked in our catalogs and offers, and our sales team will be happy to explain the differences in design, performance, and service life.
AgPrimeCut (AGP) is an example of a premium electrode designation. It is a plasma cutting electrode with a silver core that increases arc stability.
With laser nozzles, you may encounter various terms for single-piece or two-piece designs (2NZ), or a designation for chrome plating (CHP).

Delivery times always depend on the specific order and its scope, so it is not possible to guarantee a single fixed delivery time. However, we generally ship:
Goods in stock - usually by the next day
Goods in production - usually within 7-14 days
Non-standard volume, new or custom production - usually 3-4 weeks
We always inform the customer of the expected delivery time in a specific, non-binding price quote and confirm it in a subsequent order confirmation.
